Rental of a fully furnished apartment 2+kk, 41m2, layout includes a hallway, bedroom, separate kitchenette, living room with a sofa, table, and chairs, fully equipped kitchen unit including a dishwasher, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. Rent 24,000 CZK/month, service charges 1,573 CZK + VAT per person, with the understanding that for tenants from the EU or with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, electricity and gas meters will be transferred to the tenant, for tenants outside the EU a flat rate for electricity and gas is 3,500 CZK + VAT, deposit in the amount of two months' rent.
